Warranty

What warranty does my purchase have?

Yidisplay equipment Co., Ltd. Provides a ONE YEAR warranty on all the frames or stands against only manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during normal use. All repairs needed that coincide with this limited lifetime warranty policy will be done at no charge with the exception of shipping and handling charges. This warranty does not extend to any Yidisplay equipment Co., Ltd. products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring or used in violation of operating instructions furnished by us, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than Yidisplay equipment Co., Ltd.. This warranty does not including any damage incurred during shipping. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. Here is the procedure for the claims:

1) Send the pictures to us for the products claimed.

2) Tell us the problems.

Can and how do I return my purchase?

Only orders with manufacturing defects are eligible for return. Graphics & Customized Products All graphics and customized product order claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All claims are to include any such discrepancy between the approved proofs that were sent via email and the merchandise that was received. These claims should only be for discrepancies in printing and not the materials themselves. All claims must be made in writing within 7 days from the time of receipt of merchandise and should be directed to sales2@yidisplays.com.cn Any claims made after the 7 days period of receipt of merchandise will not be honored.

All graphics purchased from Yidisplay equipment Co., Ltd. are considered final sales. There is no warranty or refund period for graphics purchases. Please follow the claims policy as stated above for any claims issues.

 

Shipping

Yidisplay equipment Co., Ltd. will not be held liable for any delays in the shipping of products. The lead times indicated on this website are only estimates. These estimates should not be misconstrued as actual amounts of time for production. Yidisplay equipment Co., Ltd. will also not be held liable for any third party carrier delaying in the delivery of products. All claims must be processed directly with the third party carrier. All international shipments are subject to additional fees such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These fees are the responsibility of the client. In the event that these fees are charged to Yidisplay equipment Co., Ltd., these fees will be paid on behalf of the client and in turn will be billed to the client.
